cancer – day 325
I really haven’t felt like blogging since I went back to work. I spend soooo much time in front of the computer, I don’t even keep up with my personal e-mail, you know?
But last week, I got an instant message through the plugoo on my blog site. It’s this woman I’ve never met, but she read my blog, my WHOLE blog, over the course of about a week and a half, and she wanted to thank me for blogging about my experience. Her doctor had just found a lump and she’s waiting for the biopsy results to find out if it’s cancerous or not. So she was looking online for survivor stories and found a link to my blog somewhere. We messaged for a bit, and it really inspired me to make more of an effort to blog again, even if I am tired from work and being at the computer all the time. From the outset I told myself the blog was for other young women with breast cancer, and to share my experiences living with cancer. And if there’s one thing that did not stop when I stopped blogging, it was life with cancer. The cancer life saga continues . . .
